The Star Hotel is one of Southampton's oldest and finest Coaching Inns. The hotel is well situated in the heart of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the Old City.
The Star Hotel has over 40 bedrooms, all well equipped with modern facilities. We are also able to offer a range of services to our guests including dry cleaning/laundry services, newspapers and fax facilities. Our Oriental Star restaurant offers a wide range of authentic Chinese, Malaysian and English dishes. Restaurant open 7 days a week 6pm - 11pm. Our lounge bar is open from 5.30pm and is known for its choice of wines and ales. Victoria's restaurant is open for breakfast.

A family room is available with one double bed and a fold down bed that can sleep two children in comfort.
Exit m27 at j3 & follow m271 into the city. At the roundabout, turn left towards the city. Follow signs for West Quay & iow Ferries into the city centre. At the set of traffic lights with the ferry terminal to your right, take the left fork into the High Street. Go straight across the 1st set of traffic lights. Follow the road, straight over the pedestrian crossing. The Star Hotel is the white building with flags on the balcony, approximately 300 yards up on the right.
